Pharmacotherapy Casebook: A Patient Focused Approach in AccessPharmacy. (The answer key is only available to college faculty, by request of the casebook's authors. Faculty may request access to the Casebook Instructor's Guide on AccessPharmacy, by first creating a personal account in AccessPharmacy and then e-mailing McGraw Hill Education's User Services for more information.)
McGraw Hill will reply to faculty's e-mail request with a confirmation that access to the Instructor's Guide has been enabled.
Faculty will then need to (1) Log into their personal account to AccessPharmacy (2) Go to an individual case in the casebook (3) Click on the Instructor's Guide for that particular case.

PharmPrep: ASHP's NAPLEX® Review Published by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), 2011. Seventy-seven patient cases and case-based questions are provided, organized by specific disease state. Sections on calculations and law are also included.
