  • Consensus Path Database (CPDB) Metabolic pathway data collected from 23 data collections.
  • HumanCyc Database A bioinformatics database that describes human metabolic pathways and the human genome.
  • MetaCyc Database A metabolic database of enzymes and metabolic pathways.
  • Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) Graphical and hypertext-based information on biochemical pathways, including metabolic and regulatory pathways.
  • PathBLAST PathBLAST searches the protein-protein interaction network of the target organism to extract all protein interaction pathways that align with a pathway query.
